Chicken Cacciatore
I have a lot of memories of my parents pulling chicken cacciatore out of the oven. When I was little I always hoped we would put more cheese on it, and turn it into a chicken parmesan. But now I find myself missing this delicious hearty chicken dish. Though I am the first to admit, I have not got it down the way my mom did. Oatmeal Scotties
